On most of my trips to the Tetons, I discovered various water sources where one can photograph the reflection of the Teton range. Despite my best efforts, I never really created a reflection shot which I felt measured up to what I was trying to accomplish – until this one. There is a richness in the colors, a stillness in the water, a sharpness in the reflection and a subtlety in the pond rocks that I believe make this image an especially pleasing one.
